Theme design elements

Hi there! If you would look at this themes demo site, you would find “design elements” (http://demo.onedesigns.com/pinboard/?page_id=20). Can somebody tell me where are they hidden and how can I use them in my posts? Especially I am looking for the colored text boxes just after “download now” buttons and 1/3 text column in a grey background. I somebody could help me with this I would appreciate this a lot. Thank you for your help.
