Using Different Text Color in Navigational Menu for Different Pages

Hi all,

First to Daniel– thanks for a great looking theme!

I’m a complete newbie and really been trying to find answers to my questions without posting, just by searching through this site. But there’s one thing I simply can’t figure out. I’m using a different b/w background image for every static page and some are dark, so the navigational menu text is illegible. I’ve been able to change the text color in the navigational menu– but my question is if there’s a way to change the color for individual pages, so that I may set it to ‘black’ where the background is bright, and to ‘white’ where the background is dark?

I’d really appreciate all help.
