Using multiple Blog-pages, each showing posts from different category

Hi,

First I would like to say a big thanks for the continuing updates and support for this fantastic WP theme.

Now, we would like to set-up three separate pages as BLOG-page. Each should only show the posts of a certain category. This instead of our current blog page showing all posts of all three categories.

How do we do this?
